Do You Listen to Customer Feedback?

I’ve written a lot on the blog about customer feedback. It’s something we view as critical to the success of our business and encourage clients to think the same way.

You might think the challenge is in getting feedback in the first instance. Actually we’ve found by putting a clear and consistent structure in place for collecting feedback, it’s quite a straight forward exercise.

The difficult part is actually deciding what to do with the feedback you collect. I found a great example on YouTube of how a dentist in Florida used some negative feedback to his advantage. He listened to his customer, took action and the result was to turn a dissatisfied customer into long term happy customer. Exactly what you would hope for right.

    We should listen to our costumers feedback.In that way you will know what and what is not needed inorder to progress. An I agree that customer satisfaction partly determines our monthly income.Must costumerwise!

    It is a Must, But, There is no point to listen the customer if you don’t want to improve your Product / Service. Customer is the Source of Free Training Center for the business.

    Listening to and reading customer feedback is a crucial part in making decisions. No matter what, as businessmen that provide people with products and services it is your job to keep your customers satisfied. Customer satisfaction partly determines your monthly income so why not try your best and give your customers what they are asking for?

    The feedback that our clients have given us over time has literally help shape our services. Never take the negative feedback personally, it’s a big mistake. You should always be learning from it.
