lastminute.com engaged Klaxon in 2010 to support in developing and managing its blog and blogger engagement campaign ‘Oh You Lucky Bloggers’. We optimised the existing blog platform, built out and managed a writing team, editing all content ensuring it aligned to sales priorities, and integrated this with Facebook / Twitter profiles. This was particularly important during the Icelandic volcano crisis, where we integrated social media communications with the customer care team.
We also produced and managed two events in London to bring the online community together around the brand including a launch of their topsee iPhone app.
